Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms & Conditions govern the contractual relationship between august. (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") placing an order through august-store.com.
Article 2 – Products
The products available for purchase are those displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.
Product images, visuals, and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and are not legally binding.
Some products are released in limited quantities.
Article 3 – Prices
All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes where required.
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to an order is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 4 – Orders
Orders are placed directly through august-store.com.
A sale is considered final once the Customer receives the order confirmation email.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed.
Orders may be paid using the payment methods available at checkout.
Article 6 – Shipping
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. Reasonable shipping delays shall not give rise to liability on the part of the Seller.
Article 7 – Returns & Right of Withdrawal
All august. pieces are made to order and produced in limited quantities.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review the size guide, measurements, and product descriptions before placing an order.
Due to our made-to-order production process, returns based on sizing, fit, appearance, or personal preference may not be accepted.
Where required by applicable law, Customers retain any mandatory statutory rights of withdrawal.
Article 8 – Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive an item that is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- Your order number
- A photo of the item received (including the size label)
After reviewing your request, we may offer:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund
Any return shipping costs in these cases will be covered by the Seller.
Article 9 – Legal Warranty
Products are covered by any mandatory legal warranties applicable under the laws of the Customer's country of residence, including where applicable the legal warranty of conformity and protection against hidden defects.
Article 10 – Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
Article 11 – Personal Data
Personal data collected through the website is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on august-store.com.
Article 12 – Disputes
In the event of a dispute, the Customer is encouraged to contact the Seller first in order to seek an amicable resolution.
If no agreement can be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction determined by the applicable laws.
Article 13 – Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the Customer's country of residence.
