1. Made-to-Order Production
All august. pieces are made to order and produced in limited quantities.
We kindly ask you to carefully review the size guide, measurements, and product descriptions before placing your order.
Due to our made-to-order production process, returns based on sizing, fit, or personal preference may not be accepted.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

After reviewing your request, we will either:
- Send you a replacement item, or
- Issue a full refund
In these cases, any return shipping costs will be fully covered by us.
